I hear these whispers, mostly. In places where a lot of people might have died.

[Most of it these days is out in the open waters. Part of her wonders if they're passing shipwrecks.]

Me too. I heard some people whisper that I reek of dark magic, so that was nice.

I wanted to reach out either way - since we're sharing similar experiences with this, maybe we can work together.

Honestly hope this doesn't become a permanent feature - or gets worse. I'd have to do something about it, like develop some wards or potions.

Klaus used to find alcohol and narcotics very effective, but I feel like those are going to be hard to come by.

[Magic is weird. She doesn't like it.]

But I wouldn't exactly find Klaus a role model to follow in these situations.

Haven't you heard? There's opium on one of the ships - though this doesn't mean I'm fond of trying the Klaus method.

My school had ghosts, you have to learn to work around them

One of the professors IS one. It's odd - wizards are odd.

My mom was a robot. I think all places have their own kind of weird.
